An interactive course to help you communicate more effectively at work and achieve your goals!

What is: Effective Communication: Strategies and Skills?

Event details:

We designed this workshop to help you improve your communication skills. We all communicate daily. On a personal level, we communicate with friends, family, landlords, car sellers, and employers, among others. No business can survive without open lines of communication and trust. Practical communication skills can lead to career advancement, better team dynamics, and productivity within a company.

This course is to help business leaders, managers, and supervisors communicate more effectively with each other. Our modules aim to make you more aware of yourself and how others see and perceive you. The focus is also on providing strategies and skills to improve face-to-face, email, phone, and written communication.

We will:

  • Define effective communication and review common styles of communication

  • Train you to identify your communication style

  • Discover barriers to effective communication and learn strategies to overcome them

  • Explore tips for improving communication to allow you to communicate using various delivery methods effectively

  • Learn ways to move from conflict to problem resolution

Over the years, we have realized that our mission is to achieve a chain reaction that supports businesses to build a future workforce. Our team has worked with various companies and professionals that embraced our business and personal growth development strategies and practices. Today, we want to share our knowledge and best practices to communicate more effectively.
