What is “Form I-9: EmploymentEligibility Verification”
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) seminar provides you with an overview of the Act and its basic provisions, including which employers are covered, which employees are eligible for leave, leave entitlement for employees (pay and benefits during leave), right to reinstatement, and notice and medical certification requirements. Additionally, the seminar describes how the Act interacts with other federal and state laws, its recordkeeping requirements, and the available enforcement provisions.
Employment Law can improve awareness of various employment laws that affect your organization. This can help to educate your managers and supervisors when making employment decisions, which may help reduce liability.
Over the years, we have realized that our mission is to achieve a chain reaction that starts with supporting businesses to build the future workforce. Our team has worked with various companies and professionals that embraced our business and personal growth development strategies and practices. Today, we want to share our knowledge and best practices to make a better professional.
